Fourstar Group (FSG) encourages consumers to recycle their used LCD computer monitors.

 

 

Residents of Maine:

Beginning July 20, 2006, all waste computer monitors and televisions generated by households in Maine must be recycled (unless shipped out of state for disposal). Please contact your local municipality for information about how and where to recycle your computer monitors and television sets in your area. For more information please visit the Maine Department of Environmental Protection website at
http://www.maine.gov/dep/rwm/ewaste/index.htm.

Residents of Oklahoma:

Beginning January 1, 2009, all waste computer monitors generated by households in Oklahoma must be recycled. FSG, as the brand owner is responsible to offer recycling options to residents of Oklahoma. For more information on this law, see http://www.sos.state.ok.us/documents/Legislation/51st/2008/2R/SB/1631.pdf or contact the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ).


FSG, the brand owner, provides free and convenient access to recycling for its LCD monitors, for the residents of Oklahoma, as provided by law.   Please visit

Beginning September 1, 2008, all waste computer monitors generated by households in Texas must be recycled. FSG, as the brand owner is responsible to offer recycling options to residents of Texas. Beginning July 1, 2009, all waste computer monitors generated in Virginia must be recycled. FSG, as the brand owner is responsible to offer recycling options to residents of Virginia. For other states, please consult your state’s environmental protection or electronic waste office or municipality.  FSG contracts and or registers with other states/municipalities with e-waste laws based either on end-of-product-life recycling and / or an upfront fee based on annual sales of covered products.
